The term "weight loss" is a little inaccurate. Fat loss is what we generally strive for. Crash diets and poor training may knock weight off, but most of that weight is muscle and water, NOT FAT; this is called catabolism. This then makes things worse, lean muscle tissue speeds your metabolic rate, so the chances are your body will store more fat. This is more commonly known as yo yo dieting. Think long term & aim to change your body composition and metabolism, through the correct diet and training.
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients one to three times per week, & often clients are given programmes to follow at home, or their local gym
RUBBISH! Every body is different, and regardless of age, sex, weight or fitness level, there's a perfect start point for you! In fact your progressions would probably be greater than those in better shape.
Session prices vary dependent upon time, from £30 for 30 mins, £35 for 40mins to £45 for an hour, Partner pt is £52 working out at just £26 each for a 60 minute session. For those wishing to supercharge their results, bulk weekly packages are available
