That's what we find out at your consultation. WEIGHT LOSS? MUSCLE TONE? SRENGTH? FITNESS?.
Next, we identify any barriers or obstacles to obtaining this; from lifestyle, work, lack of time, motivation or diet, to physical problems such as injuries, postural problems, age, or health issues such as high or low blood pressure, arthritis, asthma etc.
Once these are identified, we can find a way around them & work towards your goals at a pace that's right for you.
DIRECTION & PROGRESSION are key. Start in the right direction and progress; progression builds confidence, that confidence then builds motivation.
As soon as possible, we will start to look at your eating habits. Your diet needs to be geared towards your goals as much as your training does. Correct training running alongside a poor diet = limited results.
We all have different metabolisms & different lifestyles, so for some, a whole new nutritional start may be key, for others, small weekly changes are the way forward to reach your fitness goals.
