I have been going to Kev at Paramount Training for 20 months and would recommend anyone interested in keeping fit and healthy to give it a go. When I was younger I had attended many gyms, swam did aerobics etc, but like many as I got older my fitness levels tailed off and my only exerscise was regular walks. A couple of years ago a flier landed on my door step advertising Paramount Personal Training, and my husband embarked on a slow campaign to get me to go along with him. I was very resistant, not really interested, convinced I would only go for a couple of weeks then get bored. How wrong I was!!! Attending Paramount is not like attending any other gym I have been to. The initial consultation was all about what I wanted to achieve, what I did not want to do and what had put me off going to other gyms. From the very first session I relised this was different. Everything was focused on my success, constant motivation and continual challenges, and I have never been bored. I am so happy at Paramount that I now hate to miss a session. I am totally proud of what I have achieved. My colleagues and my friends often comment on how well and fit I look. I was 50 last year, and was totally unfazed. I feel great. The best thing that I have ever done!!

It's one of those traditional new year resolutions, we all do it and a few months down the line the enthusiasm starts to wane. Like a book, the cover looks good, the intro sounds great, but if it doesn't grab you in the first few chapters you get bored and put it to one side thinking "maybe later". I was concerned joining a gym would be the same and I would lose interest. But the personal training at Paramount was anything but; Kevin never gives you the chance to get bored, just when you think you know whats going to happen next, a twist in the training knocks you sideways and you're off on another chapter. It's safe to say since starting over two years ago, I have never been bored and I'm a lot fitter now than I was more years ago than I care to remember. Here's looking forward to many more chapters. Get Fit, Enjoy Life, you bet :)
